Shadowheart is trapped inside one of these mind flayer pods, frantically calling out for assistance to anyone nearby. Interacting with the terminal beside her console reveals that the device is jammed and requires a specific object to trigger the release mechanism.
Finding the Eldritch Rune Key
To acquire the key item, proceed through the sphincter door located directly to the east of Shadowheart's pod chamber.
